The Search....
We do all the huntng for you, we have links with agent and developers, allowing us information on property before it even comes to market, saving time and hassle.
Viewing....
We will initially view the properties on your behalf if you wish, or arrange to accompany you on viewings at a convenient time for you.
Negotiation....
Once you have decided on the property you wish to acquire, we will then deal with the negotiation process for you, to gain the best possible terms for you, in most cases making our service entirely self funding.
Acquisition....
We then see you through every step of the way liasing with agents your lawyers and surveyors making the process run as smoothly and as hassle free for you as possible with a minimum amount of inconvienience.
